Kadastr RU 8.3

Kadastr RU is a mobile application that allows users to access up-to-date information about any registered land plot throughout the territory of Russia.

Kadastr RU provides access to official cadastral data contained in the Public Cadastral Map of the Russian Federation.

Kadastr RU facilitates ordering a report based on information from the Unified State Real Estate Register (EGRP) in just two clicks.

Kadastr RU enables users to obtain current reference information about the full cadastral number, address, and area of a real estate object registered in the State Real Estate Cadastre without leaving home. Users can find out the cadastral value of the plot, land category, and permitted use. Additionally, users can gather information about branches of the territorial authority of Rosreestr that serve the real estate object, including the branch name, address, and office contact number.

Real estate objects are displayed on the Public Cadastral Map. Any real estate object or land plot can be found by cadastral number, coordinates, address, or by selecting it on the map, including specifying the current location.

Kadastr RU provides access to a basic topographic map of Russia and satellite images, allowing users to measure distances and areas and generate custom reports.

The terms and conditions of using the Kadastr RU application and services of the Public Cadastral Map are determined by the "License Agreement." Users can familiarize themselves with the text of the "License Agreement" by following the link "License Agreement" located in the "Settings / About" menu.

The mobile application utilizes a unified cartographic framework provided by third parties. The terms of use of materials from the unified cartographic framework are outlined in the license agreement of the rights holder (Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre, and Cartography).
